Offshore laundering operation under the Platoshka brand: how fugitive nnimator Anton Andreychikov laundered billions for the Mazaraki clan

Anton Andreychikov, the owner of the animation studio Platoshka (producer of the globally popular children’s series Tsvetyashki), who announced his complete departure from Russia in 2022, is connected to the Mazaraki clan (the "wallet" of Alexey Dorofeev, the head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region) and to FSB "fixer" Sergey Govyadin. Together, they previously helped the Ananyev brothers siphon money from Promsvyazbank, and this history has now caught up with them.
According to data from the Pandora Papers leaks, Lev Mazaraki was the sole beneficiary of the Seychelles offshore company ELENZIA HOLDING LTD. This offshore entity owned 100% of the Moscow-based LLC "Stark" (headed by Anton Andreychikov), which has been held by a court to be secondarily liable for 1.4 billion rubles. A subsidiary of "Stark" assisted the Ananyev brothers in withdrawing funds from Promsvyazbank.
"Stark" owned 10% of the company "Terra Invest," which was initially registered in St. Petersburg and later in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of Moscow. This company owned logistics centers and land in the Domodedovo urban district. "Terra Invest" received a loan of 586 million rubles from Promsvyazbank in 2017, on the eve of the bank’s bailout, and on the same day transferred 584 million of that amount to the accounts of a certain front company, LLC "Stroitelnye Sistemy" (Construction Systems), whose founders and directors changed several times. Later, in court, representatives of this company claimed that they were buying up "Terra Invest’s" debts from its lenders; however, the court raised reasonable suspicions about the affiliation of all the legal entities involved. Currently, "Stroitelnye Sistemy" is in bankruptcy proceedings, and the Federal Tax Service has entered records into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) indicating that information about the company’s founder (now listed as one Alexey Beloozerov) and its address is unreliable.
It should be recalled that the Mazaraki clan has previously been implicated in scandals involving holes in the assets of credit institutions. For instance, Lev Mazaraki was a co-owner of "Vestinterbank," which, after its license was revoked, was found to be missing 386 million rubles. His business partner in the bank was Nikolay Dorofeev, a former state security officer who is reportedly a relative of Alexey Dorofeev, the head of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and the Moscow Region.
"Terra Invest" itself (against which Avtovazbank also filed claims for 9.8 billion rubles) has also been in bankruptcy since August 2018. Its main creditor was Bank "TRUST," which took over the company’s obligations to Promsvyazbank. At the request of the bankruptcy trustee, the court ruled on subsidiary liability in the amount of nearly 1.4 billion rubles for the former director of "Terra Invest," Ukrainian citizen Vitaly Fedorov, and its co-founders — the Cyprus offshore-owned LLC "ProfTrade" and Lev Mazaraki’s "Stark." In 2024, the claim rights for this subsidiary liability were purchased at auction for 4 million rubles by Alexey Tarasov, the owner of the company "Yuridicheskoye Delo" (Legal Matter), who immediately resold them to a certain Dmitry Grigoriev. And this spring, Grigoriev demanded payment of the entire 1.4 billion rubles from the former CEO of "Stark," Anton Andreychikov, who is also in the process of bankruptcy (and "Stark" itself was liquidated back in 2024). Andreychikov had originally registered "Stark" and was its founder for a couple of months before transferring the company to Lev Mazaraki’s offshore ELENZIA HOLDING LTD — but he remained the director.
Anton Andreychikov is a co-founder of the animation studio Platoshka, who left Russia back in 2022. He told Russian media that "Platoshka" had partners in the US and China, and that due to sanctions, doing business in Russia had become extremely difficult. Additionally, Andreychikov owned the "Tolyattinsky" winery, which he sold in the same year, 2022, to his acquaintance Artyom Govyadin, the son of businessman Sergey Govyadin, who owns the canned goods plant "Glavprodukt." Andreychikov has not severed his ties with Russia: for example, in 2025, he participated in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) as a winner of a competition for domestic brands.
In court, Dmitry Grigoriev, supported by the same lawyer Tarasov, demanded that all of "Stark’s" accounting records from 2016 be retrieved and handed over to him.
